Yes. Your rank, prefix and perks apply across the whole network: Survival, Factions, OneBlock and SkyBlock.
You pay every month and keep the rank as long as your subscription is active. You can cancel any time from the link in your Tebex receipt email, and the rank stays until the end of the paid month.
Yes. Bedrock players (phone, tablet, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch) can join with port 19132. When buying a rank, Bedrock players type their in-game name with the dot in front, e.g. .Steve.
